A world leader in the design, manufacture and supply of abrasion resistant heavy duty slurry pumps, hydrocyclones, slurry valves and mill liners supplying the international mining and minerals processing market for over 75 years is looking to employ a Service Engineer based in Poland.
Job Description:
60 % service works - self sufficient service man
• Commissioning new equipment
• In relation to the commissioning - regular inspections of the highly abrasive applications pumps and the FGD pumps - control that the equipment does meet expectations at customer sites.
• Service offerings to selected customers – selling service
• Service works at request
• Quality complaints, problem solving with customers
•
40 % sales man – opportunities spotting for new equipment sales, selling capabilities
Person Specification:
• First class service engineer with selling capabilities for the industrial equipment
• experience servicing industrial equipment
• Self motivated
• Capable of selling service on own
• Technological processes literate, best mill circuits
• Happy to learn about the pumps, Hydrocyclones, Mill Liners, Valves to be able to support sales
• Communication skills - problem solving with the customers , motivated by customer satisfaction
• No problem travelling and staying some days out of home if required,
• Motivated by the service and the products sales
Experience Skills:
• Fluent English
• PC Literate
• Previous experience servicing industrial equipment (5 years)
• Driving Licence
Salary/Rate:
• 55,000 PLN/ a year
